Hotel Policies:

Holiday weeks & Local Special Event weeks are priced as “high season” (December to April Rates) Minimum stay may be required.

No minimum stay required.

All rates are quoted without State & Local Taxes (12%) and are based on  two person occupancy (per studio) and are subject to change without notice.

Snug Harbor Inn offers special pricing for private parties & room reservations for out of townees & locals traveling in the area. Prices vary from event to event & the numbers of rooms needed.

Third & fourth persons staying are charged at $8.00 per day per person, 5th person will be charged at $20.00 per day.

Children 18 and under stay free with families staying at Snug Harbor Inn.

Check-In times at Snug Harbor Inn are 3:00 PM & Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early check ins & check outs are available for a small fee.

Reservations may be subject to a cleaning fee after check-out.

Office hours on the property are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) & 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. However, for booking rooms & general questions please feel free to call from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Monday-Sunday) as we have dedicated phone services to take care of all of your needs.

Room rate includes limited maid service (Holidays Excluded), HD Direct TV programming, complementary 64-Bit Encrypted Wi-Fi High Speed Internet &  Furnished Kitchenettes that include mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker & microwave.

All rooms at Snug Harbor Inn are Non-Smoking.

Snug Harbor Inn does not allow Pets.

Snug Harbor Inn Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool on property is heated.

Each room is designated one parking space on the property with no parking fees. Extra parking spaces per room cost $10.00 per day & per car for guests staying at Snug Harbor Inn overnight. Daily parking is available to guest that have friends & family visiting for free during the daytime only.

Boat slips & Trailer parking on Snug Harbor Inn’s property are subject to a $15.00 fee per day during guests stay.

The balance including tax is due upon arrival.  Payment may be made w/MC, Visa, Discover, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks are accepted at the time of Check –In. A valid Credit Card & Government issued Identification has to presented at check-in.

Monthly rates available upon request and vary during seasonal pricing.

Deposits:

$200.00 deposits per room for one week long stays are required.

Longer stays or reservations for “high season” may require larger deposits.

All Major Credit Cards accepted as well as personal checks .

Mandatory $25.00 charge on returned checks

Cancellations:

Deposits will be refunded with a $25.00 mandatory fee with a 5 day notice that were booked directly through our hotel.

Snug Harbor Inn does not cover Cancellation Fees booked through Online booking Sites & Private Travel Agents.

Should the Pinellas County Emergency Services issue a mandatory evacuation your deposit will be refunded in full and you will be properly notified before coming to the Hotel in the case of an emergency evacuation.
