Rates:
NOTE: Holiday weeks are priced
as “high season” (FEB) Minimum stay may be required. Some single weekend night
stays are subject to seasonal surcharge ($20.00) All rates are quoted “plus
tax” (12%) and are based on one or two person occupancy (per bedroom) and are
subject to change without notice. Third & fourth persons @ $10.00 per day,
5th person $50.00 per day.
Room rate includes breakfast basket, limited maid service (Sundays and Holidays
excluded), and free local calls. $25.00 Service Charge on returned checks. All
Major Credit Cards accepted. Most Pets OK, with prior approval. Monthly rates
available upon request, but are not available in high season. Guests
may decline breakfast for a reduced rate. Deduct $35.00 per week or $5.00 per
day per room.
Special Events:
Rarely,
but from time to time there are regional events which require us to implement
competitive, but higher rates. Superbowl, certain conventions, festivals and
the like are all examples. Our rates must be submitted to the state of Florida
Division of Hotels and Restaurants before being published. Look for these rates,
when we get notice that the Division has received our Special Rates. .
Deposits:
Are required within 10 days of
reservation request. $200.00 deposit per room for one week long stays, Longer
stays or reservations for "high season" may require larger deposits.
A 28 day written or electronic notice
is required for full deposit refund. If a cancellation is made less than 28
days out, we will still refund the deposit provided we can re-rent the room.

Many guests have expressed concerns regarding the deposit and Florida's reputation for hurricanes. While we want nothing more than for you to enjoy your vacation here in Madeira, and understand that foul weather might put a crimp in it, we can not guarantee sunshine and warm breezes. Our policy regarding storms is as follows: Should the Pinellas County Emergency Services issue a mandatory evacuation your deposit will be refunded. If the Pinellas County Emergency Services issues a voluntary evacuation, and you elect to cancel your reservation, we will issue a travel voucher equal to the amount of your deposit which you may use for a future visit. (or give away, for that matter) Our little hotel is next door to a church performing 45 weddings a year, and right over the bridge from the largest VA hospital in Florida. Consequently when we take a room out of inventory for a vacationer we are loosing our opportunity to rent it to someone else who's travel plans may not be influenced by weather at all. If you have concerns regarding storm season we highly recommend you investigate trip cancellation insurance which may be found by following the link below. We were surprised to find out how affordable it is. Snug Harbor does not sell insurance, we aren't licensed for that. We merely provide a link to this website where you can compare quotes from a number of different firms specializing in the product. |

Queen size bed and 1 Twin wall bed plus a comfy couch, and a cozy Breakfast
alcove. Decorated in the style of the two New York City apartments in which
the play is set.

castle in which the play takes place, you may not find the pea, but you'll definitely
be treated like royalty!
Never too Late, features: One Queen and one Double bed. Includes
some children's furniture. This play details a late life pregnancy, so we rent
it with the warning Don't
try this at home!
